Muscat, Oman – The SAH team scanned the first PET/CT patient ever in the Sultanate of Oman on Tuesday the 12th May, 2015. The scan was conducted at the Sultan Qaboos University Hospital (SQUH), where SAH was recently awarded the contract to commission and operate the countries first PET/CT. The scan was lead by SAH’s highly qualified team in the field of molecular imaging, which included Ms. Laura Schneirla, Lead Nuclear Medicine Technologist, and Mr. Brian Warren, SAH Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT Technologist.
